More Sad Scenario...
Yesterday afternoon office fax us the staff movement list and who is going to shift places... and of course i'm happy to stick it to Vivo City but Kally is shifted to BHG Bugis and while i saw that i was like what sial... a Supervisor from a boutique go to a counter ? and that is really ridiculous lor... plus setting up at BHG Bugis is around a corner at first Kally, Daniel and me is ok to go for the setup at Bugis but right now our feeling is just like feeling to take a MC at the day itself and let those people who think they are so wonderful that they can accomplish all the job without us... they don't even know our product knowledge still want to act they know everything making a fool of themself sial think back then i feel like laughing haha... and yesterday Kally tender her resignation letter back to office...
today is Daniel tender up his resignation letter back to office too and he is going to Wingtai 'Fox' as a trainee supervisor... ya lar pay is good lar but more or less people i know there all resign due to the same thing management suck and is even more sucks than us haha... and now my outlet staff told in front of me that while i tender back to office let them know i where got so stupid to tell you all if i fax back to office... siao... seriously is damn unfair to Signature staff lor and i just a C.S.A and i need to do a Supervisor job and i'm a second in-charge and they just don't acknowledge my exist there, still place me a C.S.A and what for i do so much and i get nothing plus not even promote to a Senior or something... use our brain also know lar... as a key-holder is automatically promoted to a Senior what but how much i still stuck at there clearing shit ? and now what... after Kally and Daniel they all resign and going to used me until i got no prize anymore and just dump me in one corner right hey i'm not so stupid lar ya... in your mouth say want to promote me but it just won't happen in your dictionary, "mother" if you want to promote me since the day i reach Vivo you should already done that and what for tell Clarence that you going to push me up next end of month ? is it wait until Kally and Daniel left and promote me so that you can use me for clearing shit again ?
what ah beng(Jason) and Kally told me yesterday was quite right... Kally told me if i want to find another retail line is not hard one... so many brand waiting is see whether i want to leave Jay Gee not only and ah beng told me Wingtai is not so good as in commission basis plus bonus only a year once and he told me Jay Gee twice a year sound good lar but i doesn't want to be used until dry like an salted-fish dangling in the air lor damn not fair lar seriously... and he also said this Signature is a brand new brand must give them time what and is very easy to be promoted but do i look like one high flyer, i don't lor to them i'm just a tool for them to be used up til dried up lor... just like a sugarcane being squeezed out... totally unfair.
Journey to BEST phrase 2 is over and what now Joanne told me that Levi Strauss Signature Journey to BEST is coming up soon and Signature staff need to go for the phrase 1 over again and while i heard that from her mouth i was like what the... not again ? and when will it end of Journey to BEST ??
any job offering ? i want to leave this sad place of mine :(
